Announcing "Free Fridays" for students in Bandera County!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Albert & Margaret Alkek Foundation, the Bandera Natural History and Art Museum is pleased to offer free general admission to all students* in Bandera County for the 2025-2026 school year.

Explore the museum using scavenger hunts and games. Enhance your experience using the interactive kiosks and complimentary rental tablets. Enjoy special programs every Fourth Friday from 2-4 pm. Additional programs will be added throughout the school year.

*Adult supervision required for students 12 years and younger
